What is SOOC?

SOOC is an acronym for Straight Out Of the Camera. Meaning the images that come directly from the camera.  I like to call these raw, unedited images.  Something that we do to make our images extra special is to give them some extra love… 

For instance…  When you order a print from us, before we send the digital file off to the color lab to be professionally printed, we give the eyes some nice sparkle and the colors some pop and add a little magic, and Voila….  We can’t give away our secrets… But here’s an example of an already gorgeous couple. (Both images are cropped to show the most detail in the blog space available)

 

And then the same image edited with some extra love…

We’re moving….

In the next few months, our family will be making the move to Auburn, Alabama… Yep, Alabama! It’s quite a change of scenery from Phoenix, Arizona, but I think we’ll have a fun adventure ahead.

To all my families that have booked me the past few years, and the hundreds of children that I have photographed, along with the weddings and amazing couples… Thank You! 

What does this mean?  If you are in Arizona and want a session before we move, call or e-mail now for availability.  I limit the number of appointments per week so that each session gets the time and attention that each image and client deserves.  Remember that all sessions take place on location and the session fee is due at the time of sitting.

Lindsay & Steve got hitched!!

Friday night Lindsay and Steve got married! Their ceremony was at Chaparral Suites in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ.    Lindsay is a beautiful dancer and teacher and Steve is an attorney by day and super model in his spare time.  This guy can work it for the camera! ;o) Work it out Steve!!!  These two are truly genuine and oh so fun to hang with.  Thank you for having me be a part of your big day.  Here’s a sneak peak to your wedding pictures…

A Scottdale Wedding…

I second shot for O Grace Photography in Saturday in Scottsdale’s Firesky Resort Saturday night. The couple was sooo adorable and the decorations were amazing.  Here’s a few of my favorite shots…  Can you tell I LOVE the details, and the decor at Firesky is so fun! The girls from O Grace are a great group of photographers!

October Wedding #2…

This one was Western themed and very fun.  They got married at Shenandoah Mill in Gilbert, AZ. The mill is from the 1800’s and was moved all the way to AZ from VA.  Crystal and Donnie are such a cute couple and they both wear the boots in the family!

October Wedding…

I had a great couple that booked me for their October 6th Wedding! They were married at Cornerstone Church in south Chandler, and we took some great images at the Ocotillo Golf Resort. They were amazing and their little girl was sooo beautiful, I think I captured her well with Mom and Dad watching over in the background…
