Last weekend I headed to Birmingham to hang out with some great photographers and shoot a super cute family. The Nolens are also photographers, but were behind the camera this time.

Here’s Daddy making faces to get Grayben to laugh… I’m laughing, and I’m not even a baby! :) Sorry guys, I couldn’t resist!

Here’s a behind the scenes shot, talk about paparazzi!

Mommy’s sweet baby boy…

Thanks to Amelia, Emily, Camille, the Nolens, and everyone else at the worshop. It was fun!
Yesterday little Brynn turned one! Happy Birthday Brynn! We met at the park to get Brynn’s one year pictures and after I shot about 20 images, poor little Brynn was flush red and sweaty. OK, OK, and I was hot and sweaty too! So we only got a couple images before retreating to the air conditioning in our cars. Here’s a couple cute shots of an absolutely adorable family!
This is probably my favorite, with a vintage touch…

And here’s the birthday girl…

A litle stroll with Mom and Dad

I’m guessing she might be a Daddy’s girl…

Click below for Brynn’s slideshow!
I may be somewhat partial… But I think these are the cutest beach boys ever… OK, so one is my son and the other is my husband, but they are pretty cute in my book.

Big Boys like to fish all by themselves so no one scares away the fish! And wouldn’t you know while I was in the house, a big crab grabbed ahold of his little plastic fish and he reeled him in! Daddy didn’t have the camera, so we missed the big catch!

This guy went way far out to find some big ones…

For all those parents out there watching their little leaguers… Don’t forget to take pictures. Life flys by so fast you’ll want to remember those days when they were young!

This was one of the funnest families I have worked with in awhile, this is the Rush family from all over the US, except for Grandma & Grandpa, they live here. When I arrived their little shitzu was soo excited to see me, but he couldn’t join us for pictures cause I guess he likes to pee on feet. Glad I missed that fun! Here’s a few from today!
Oh- and I LOVE families that match. I almost fit right in except for my pink pants, I must have missed the memo!

And these little guys look innocent, but after a day at the Grossology Display at the Science Center… Well you can just imagine! ![]()

Thanks Guys! Have a great visit!

Here he is… After a 9 long months, baby Britton was welcomed into the world on Mothers Day. Mom got a little shafted, because it also happened to be her birthday. Today he was 8 days old and cute as can be…

This is Britton’s room, check out the artwork on his walls… It was done by Lorie La Plant, who is so amazing!

And some with big sister…

In the next few months, our family will be making the move to Auburn, Alabama… Yep, Alabama! It’s quite a change of scenery from Phoenix, Arizona, but I think we’ll have a fun adventure ahead.
To all my families that have booked me the past few years, and the hundreds of children that I have photographed, along with the weddings and amazing couples… Thank You!
What does this mean? If you are in Arizona and want a session before we move, call or e-mail now for availability. I limit the number of appointments per week so that each session gets the time and attention that each image and client deserves. Remember that all sessions take place on location and the session fee is due at the time of sitting.
Are you in Auburn??? This means a fun photographer is coming your way! Call, e-mail or stalk the blog! See you soon! Oh- and GO TIGERS! http://www.burnettphotography.com/

Yeah - I’m visual, those who know me are snickering because I added a map! ;o)
Halle is 9 months old and came for her second portrait session. She has grown so much but is still such a tiny little girl, here’s your sneak peek of baby Halle’s 9 month session…

UPDATE: I had to add this one!

I spent some time with Jordan and Austin this evening, and let me just say these kids are GREAT! I am so lucky knowing them and having Jordan as my personal babysitter… No.. not MY babysitter, but for my kiddos. These guys have one of the greatest moms I have ever met and I hope she loves these shots!
Thanks guys, I had fun and I hope you did too…
Textured photographs… I love them!
